Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Cryplink platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cryplink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

Seller Obligations

As a seller on Cryplink, you are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your product listings. You must have the right to sell any content you list. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on income received through our platform.

Prohibited Content

You may not list or sell content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Payments and Transactions

All cryptocurrency payments on Cryplink happen directly wallet-to-wallet on public blockchain networks, between buyer and seller. Cryplink does not custody, hold, move, or process cryptocurrency; we only read on-chain transaction data to verify that a payment has taken place and then unlock access to the purchased product. All sales are final once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Cryplink is not a payment processor, exchange, or money transmitter and is not responsible for network fees, blockchain congestion, incorrect wallet addresses, wrong-network transfers, or any other blockchain-related issue.

Self-Custodial Model

Cryplink operates on a self-custodial model. You provide your own wallet addresses to receive payments. We do not have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets and any funds sent to or from them.

Platform Fees

Cryplink may charge subscription fees for premium features as described on our pricing page. We do not take a percentage of your sales. Subscription pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

The Cryplink platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cryplink. You retain ownership of all content you create and sell through our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to display your content on your storefront and in connection with our services.

Limitation of Liability

Cryplink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet security issues, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your storefront and product listings will be removed, but on-chain transaction records are permanent.
