Overview
Analytics is the time-sliced, filterable view of the same events the Dashboard shows at a lifetime level. Use it when you want to compare this week against last week, drill into a single product, or export a CSV for your accountant.
Date ranges
The range selector at the top switches the whole page between three windows: 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. The summary cards, charts, and activity feed all re-query on each change. The product table is cross-range (see below).
The 30-day and 90-day windows are available on Creator and Pro. Free and Starter stores are capped at 7 days; the longer-range buttons are visibly disabled rather than returning an error when you click them.
Summary cards
Four cards at the top show the headline numbers for the selected range:
- Total Sales:confirmed on-chain payments. Refunds and pending payments are not counted.
- Views:public product page impressions across every storefront route (your handle page and direct links).
- Products:currently live (published) products during the window.
- Customers:distinct buyers who paid inside the window.
Filtering to a single product
When you pick a specific product from the filter dropdown, the summary cards recompute against just that product so the counts stay in lockstep with the filtered activity feed below. Switch back to All products to see the store-wide totals again.
Charts
Activity chart
A line chart that plots views and sales over the selected range. Buckets are daily for 7-day and 30-day views and weekly for 90-day.
Top products chart
A horizontal bar chart of your best-performing products inside the range, ranked by revenue by default.
Charts lazy-load once you scroll to them so the rest of the dashboard does not ship the charting bundle as part of its first render.
Products table
Below the charts, a sortable table lists every product with its range-filtered stats:
- Revenue:total payments received in USDT or USDC.
- Sales:confirmed purchases count.
- Views:product-page impressions.
- Conversion:sales divided by views, as a percentage.
Sort on any of the four metrics, search by product title, and flip the activity filter between All, With sales, and No sales to find the quiet products worth revisiting.
Activity table
The activity table is a row-by-row history of every sale in the selected range. Each row shows the product, buyer handle, amount, token, network, and timestamp. Paginated 15 rows per page with client-side search against product title and buyer handle.
Exporting data
The export menu in the top-right writes the products table and the activity table to CSV and JSON. Exporting is a Pro feature. On other plans the button opens an upgrade prompt instead of downloading.
