Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of any token or coin can fluctuate significantly in short periods. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible once confirmed -- if you send funds to the wrong address or pay for a product in error, those funds cannot be recovered by Cryplink or any third party.
No Custody of Funds
Cryplink does not custody, hold, manage, or transmit any cryptocurrency or digital assets on behalf of users. All payments occur directly between buyer and seller wallets on public blockchain networks. Cryplink is not a money transmitter, exchange, or financial institution. We provide software tools that read publicly available blockchain data to verify transactions.
Network and Transaction Risks
Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, or forks that could delay or prevent transactions. Gas fees (network transaction fees) are determined by the respective blockchain network and are not controlled by Cryplink. Failed transactions may still incur gas fees. Smart contract vulnerabilities, while mitigated through best practices, cannot be fully eliminated.
Digital Content
Cryplink does not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any digital content listed on the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for the content they offer. Buyers should exercise due diligence before making purchases. All sales are final once confirmed on-chain.

Cryplink may integrate with or link to third-party services including blockchain networks, wallet providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Service Availability
Cryplink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
