Cryplink is committed to providing a safe and trustworthy platform for digital commerce. This policy defines what is and is not allowed on our platform to protect all users and maintain the integrity of our marketplace.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Cryplink platform. All users -- sellers and buyers alike -- must comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
Permitted Use
Cryplink is designed for the legitimate sale and distribution of digital content. You may use the platform to sell digital files you own or have the right to distribute, including but not limited to: software, source code, design assets, ebooks, educational materials, audio files, video content, templates, presets, datasets, and other downloadable digital goods.
Prohibited Content
- •Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material you do not own or have license to distribute
- •Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
- •Content that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to child exploitation material
- •Stolen data, leaked credentials, personal information of third parties, or doxxing materials
- •Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech targeting protected groups
- •Fraudulent or deceptive content, including products that misrepresent their contents or capabilities
- •Content facilitating money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes
- •Phishing kits, exploit tools intended for malicious use, or hacking tutorials targeting specific victims
Prohibited Activities
- •Using the platform to launder money or evade financial regulations
- •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or abuse platform features
- •Manipulating transaction data or attempting to bypass payment verification
- •Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the platform without authorization
- •Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform systems
- •Impersonating other users, brands, or entities
- •Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable sanctions or export controls
- •Engaging in wash trading or artificial transaction volume
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must accurately describe their products and deliver content that matches the listing description. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and licenses to sell their content. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including tax obligations on income earned through the platform. Sellers must not use misleading pricing, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing practices.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers acknowledge that all purchases are made via irreversible cryptocurrency transactions. Buyers should verify product descriptions and seller reputation before purchasing. Purchased content is licensed for personal use unless the seller specifies otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased content without the seller's explicit permission is prohibited.
Cryptocurrency-Specific Rules
Users must not use Cryplink to facilitate transactions that violate cryptocurrency regulations in their jurisdiction. Users must not attempt to exploit blockchain mechanics (e.g., front-running, sandwich attacks) in relation to platform transactions. Users are responsible for ensuring they interact with the correct wallet addresses and blockchain networks. Cryplink is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on wrong networks.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or activity that violates this policy, please report it through our contact page. We review all reports and take action as appropriate. We may disclose information to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Enforcement
Cryplink reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this policy, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, removing content, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently banning accounts, and reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities. We may act without prior notice in cases of severe violations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
